Construction of the basic stations towers of cellular and radio communication

Constructive resolution
1. Geometry of the structure of the towers may be implemented in the form of latticed tetrahedral or trihedral pyramid.
2. Constructive resolutions of the towers:
- components of the tower are made of separate elements which are fixed by bolts. Factory junctions of the components are welded;
- fixing of the boom of the towers with the basement is implemented by means of carrying panels and foundation gudgeons;
- fixing of the mounting blocks booms is carried out by means of splice pieces and bolts;
- vertical staircases with transition grounds are installed throughout the height inside the tower;
- structures of cable growth (supplied by the client) sections of which are attached to the diagonal elements of the tower are installed inside the tower.

Construction materials
- steel hot-rolled angle equal flange sections (Ст 3ПС);
- steel got-rolled weldless pipes (Ст 20);
- steel hot-rolled circular section shapes (Ст 3кп2);
- steel hot-rolled sheet products (С 345).

Constructions antirust protection
1. Constructions are zinced (hot-galvanized t=60 micromicrons) at the factory in 2 stages of dressing according to State Standard 9.402-80 and three layers of enamel ПФ 115 according to State Standard 6465-76.
2. Day labelling of the construction is done in equal height dark colour (red) streaks which alternate with light colour (white) streaks.
